1. Services
ClearPath Diagnostic provides drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, fingerprinting, and other diagnostic services. All services are performed in compliance with industry standards and applicable laws.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Clients must schedule appointments in advance.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in the full-service fee being charged.
3. Payment & Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

- Refunds are not provided for completed services or missed appointments.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All test results and client information are strictly confidential and will only be shared as required by law or with the client’s consent.

6. Mobile Testing Services
- Clients must ensure a safe and accessible testing location.
- If the location is inaccessible or the client is unavailable, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and fees may apply.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
